As we sell dog food and operate boarding/kennel for dogs we are open and take all the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of COVID 19 including mandatory face masks and social distancing. An appointment must be made in advance to pick up food and pick up or drop off your dog. We do not accept walk-ins.

If you have ordered dog food or have arranged a time to pick up or drop off your dog please ensure you wear a mask and respect social distancing. If you are concerned that you may be fined under the stay-at-home order, the Ontario Government clearly states that pet food retailers and boarding/kennels are considered essential. Please refer to the Government issued documents below as it relates to our services.

General Retail (all other retail, including hardware stores, pet food, computer stores, etc.):

• Curbside pick-up or delivery only (in-person retail shopping not permitted)
• An item may only be provided for curbside pickup if the patron ordered the item before arriving at the business premises
• Sales must be exclusively made so patrons are not required to enter the indoor area of the business,- including curbside pick-up or delivery
• Operating hours of 7am to 8pm
